 "description": "This composite locate contains 4 other locators that are based on the Site Structure Address Points that are maintained for use by 911 and uploaded to PEMA after updates.The 4 other locators are based on patterns of fields within the SSAP schema. 2 Locators are based on \"Legacy\" naming conventions.  The legacy fields contain all capitalized words and numbers within the street name for roads such as \"7th St\". The street type is also abbreviated, e.g. \"ST\", \"RD\", \"LN\", etc.  The 2 remaining locators use a \"proper\" version of naming, meaning capitalized first letters and lower case for the rest of the words. Also, numeric roads will be spelled out, e.g. \"Seventh Street\".  The reason for 2 locators per naming conventions is the use of a \"Unit\".  We've found that if \"Unit\" is used withing the locator, it has trouble finding a property unless specifically adding a Unit to the search.",
